Preparation Method 准备方法：
1. Remove from freezer and let thaw at room temperature. 从冰柜取出在室温下解冻。

2. Pour soup into a big porcelain bowl and cover with a heat-resistant cling film. Place bowl in a food steamer and steam for 15 minutes or 2 minutes in a microwave oven. 从袋子取出汤,倒入大瓷碗然后盖上耐热保鲜膜,放入蒸笼/蒸锅加热15分钟,若使用微波炉则需时2分钟。

3. Remove and serve hot. 取出趁热供膳。

Dosage 服法：
Cconsume in the morning. 早上服用。
